FRANCE SHIPPING 

Our Box arrangements ship via COLISSIMO depending on your location. All orders placed before 2PM PST Cut Off Time will ship that same day, others will ship the following day, except on Saturday and Sunday.   Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

STANDARD SHIPPING

For all orders placed before 2pm (PST), delivery Nationwide is available 1 to 3 business days after your order has been processed. It will be automatically added to your order at the time of check out.

Please note that Mila FRANCE is not able to process deliveries on Sundays or public vacations.


PACKAGE TRACKING 

Mila USA will send you an email notification with tracking information to follow your package.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Unless proven damaged by our carrier, Fedex, we do not accept returns.

All orders are made specifically to your requirements, we listen to your needs and build your flower arrangement accordingly.

In the event that our carriers do not meet your requested delivery date, your total delivery fees will be refunded.


DELIVERY INSURANCE 

All orders shipped come with package insurance.

Entering our website www.milaroses.com you can choose between those 8 countries : USA, CANADA, MEXICO, FRANCE, SWITZERLAND, SPAIN, MOROCCO and CARRIBEAN. Please note that we do not ship outside of these countries we are based in.


DELIVERY TIME FRAME AND FEES

All orders shipped to addresses in the United States are shipped via FedEx.

Our Shipping rates :

  • POINT RELAIS: 3 Euros if <30 euros="" and="" free="" above="" li="">
  • STANDARD SHIPPING: 5 Euros
  • STANDARD SHIPPING with SIGNATURE: 6 Euros
